Open Team and invite people by e-mail. The number of members depends on your plan.
Roles
- Owner: everything, including the plan, payments and deleting the workspace.
- Admin: team, brand kits, templates and all content; cannot change the plan or delete the workspace.
- Creator: makes documents, designs, images and videos (AI actions use the workspace's credits).
- Viewer: views and downloads only.
Everyone's actions are recorded in Activity. You can pause or remove a member at any time.
