This policy applies to payments made to DIGIrabbits Consulting Pvt. Ltd. for AI Office Studio. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Free trial
The free trial costs nothing and needs no card. It ends by itself after 14 days; nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Cancelling a plan
- You can cancel at any time in Plan & billing › Cancel subscription. You keep your plan, credits and features until the end of the month or year you have paid for. It is then not renewed and no further payment is taken.
- After the plan ends, your workspace stays available to sign in to, view and download your files. Creating new content needs a plan.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Upgrades take effect at once; you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period.
Refunds
- First purchase: if you are not satisfied with your first paid plan, ask for a refund within 7 days of the payment. We refund it in full if no more than 10% of that plan's credits have been used; otherwise we refund the unused share of the credits.
- Renewals: monthly and annual renewals are not refundable once the new period has started, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. If you forgot to cancel an annual plan, write to us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it if no credits of the new year have been used.
- Top-up credits: refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of them have been used.
- Duplicate or wrong charges: refunded in full.
- Failed or blocked AI requests never use credits, so there is nothing to refund.
- Service problems: if a fault on our side stopped you from using a paid feature for a long time, write to us; we will give you extra credits or a proportional refund.
- We do not refund used credits, or periods ended by suspension for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
How to ask for a refund
Write to — from the e-mail address of your account, with your invoice number and the reason. We answer within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. We issue a GST credit note for every refund.
