AI Office Studio is an online software service. Nothing is shipped; there are no physical goods.
How you receive what you buy
- Plans: the plan, its features and its monthly credits are applied to your workspace immediately after the payment is confirmed by the payment partner, usually within a minute. You receive the GST tax invoice by e-mail and in Plan & billing.
- Top-up credits: added to your workspace's credit balance immediately after payment.
- Offline payments (bank transfer, cheque): applied within 2 working days after the money reaches our account.
- Custom setup services (for example a custom print template): delivered in your workspace on the date agreed in writing.
Where the service is available
The Service can be used from anywhere with an internet connection, in a current web browser. Payments are taken in Indian rupees.
If something has not arrived
If your plan or credits do not appear within one hour of a successful payment, write to — with the payment reference. We will apply them or refund the payment.
