This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you upload to, ask for in, or make with AI Office Studio, including AI prompts and outputs.
Do not use the Service to
- break any law of India or of the country where you use the Service;
- make sexual content of any kind involving minors, or any sexual or nude content of real, identifiable people;
- make deepfakes: images, videos or texts that show a real person saying or doing something they did not, or that impersonate a person, brand, government body or company in order to mislead;
- make fake documents meant to deceive, such as forged invoices, certificates, ID cards, bank statements, letters from authorities or GST documents for transactions that did not take place;
- harass, threaten, defame or promote hatred or violence against any person or group;
- spread false information about elections, health or public emergencies;
- promote illegal products or services, gambling where it is illegal, or weapons and drugs;
- send spam, phishing messages or malware;
- use logos, photos, characters, music or texts that you have no right to use;
- collect personal data of others without a lawful reason, or put someone's sensitive personal data into content without their consent.
Do not misuse the system
- Do not try to get around credit, plan, storage or safety limits, for example by creating several free trials or splitting blocked requests into parts.
- Do not access another customer's workspace, test our security without written permission, or overload the Service with automated requests.
- Do not resell or give access to the Service to others without our written permission. Team members of your own business are welcome.
How we enforce this
- Every AI request and output is checked automatically. A request that breaks these rules is refused, and no credits are used.
- Repeated blocked requests pause AI features for the workspace until our team has reviewed them.
- We may remove content, switch off features for a workspace, suspend or close it, and report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires.
