These terms are an agreement between you and DIGIrabbits Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), registered at Kolkata, West Bengal, India, for the use of AI Office Studio at https://studio.dodosweb.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial or paying for a plan, you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
1. The Service
AI Office Studio is an online studio for businesses. It makes documents (quotations, proposals, letters and similar), print designs, images and short videos, partly with the help of artificial intelligence ("AI") models run by third-party providers. Some features are free to use within your plan (for example templates, editing and PDF export); AI features use credits.
We may improve, change or retire features. If we remove a feature that is a main part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel under section 8.
2. Your account
- You must give true and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- Keep your password and two-step login codes secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspaces you manage. Tell us at once at — if you believe someone else has used your account.
- A workspace belongs to the business that created it. Its owner decides who may join and what each member may do.
3. Free trial
New workspaces get a free trial of 14 days with a small number of credits. Files made during the trial carry a "free trial" watermark. One trial is allowed per person and business; we may end trials that are created to get around this rule.
4. Plans, credits and payment
- Plan prices are shown on our pricing page in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
- Plans renew automatically every month or year until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment partners (Razorpay for India, Stripe for other countries); we never see or store your full card details.
- Each plan includes a number of credits per billing month. Plan credits that are not used in a month expire at the end of that month. Top-up credits are valid for the period shown when you buy them.
- An AI action uses the number of credits shown on its button before you start it. Credits are only used when the action succeeds; failed, refused or blocked requests do not use credits.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another workspace and are not refundable except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- If a renewal payment fails, your workspace stays usable for a short grace period. After that it becomes read-only until payment is made. You can always sign in, see your plan and download your files.
- We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal after we have told you about it at least 15 days before.
5. Your content
- "Your content" means what you upload or type (logos, photos, texts, client details) and what the Service makes for you (documents, designs, images, videos).
- You own your content. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and show it to you and the people you share it with, and to send the necessary parts to our AI providers to carry out your requests.
- We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers are used under terms that do not allow them to train on it.
- You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to the logos, photos and texts you upload.
- You may export your content at any time from Workspace settings.
6. AI-generated output
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, similar to other people's work or unsuitable for your purpose. Check every output before you use it, especially prices, taxes, legal wording, names and facts.
- Tax amounts in documents are calculated by the Service from the rates you choose; you remain responsible for using the correct rate and for your own tax filings.
- You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We check requests and outputs automatically and may refuse a request or remove output that breaks it.
- Where the law requires AI-generated images or videos to be labelled, you are responsible for labelling them when you publish them.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not break the law, infringe other people's rights, make deceptive content about real people, try to get around credit, plan or safety limits, attack or overload the Service, or resell it without our written permission. 8. Cancellation and termination
- You can cancel your plan at any time in Plan & billing. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- You can delete your workspace in Workspace settings. It is deleted after 30 days, during which you can change your mind. Tax records are kept as the law requires.
- We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is used for fraud, or when the law requires it. Where possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and to export your content.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. AI providers may be temporarily unavailable; we may then switch off a feature for a while. Support is available by e-mail at —.
10. Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data, or for decisions you make based on AI output.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims by others that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms or of the law.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Every version is published here with its date, and earlier versions stay available. For important changes we tell you in the app or by e-mail and may ask you to accept the new version before you continue. If you do not agree, you can still cancel your plan, export your data and delete your workspace at any time.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us at — so we can try to solve the problem.
