Every AI request and result is checked automatically. A request is refused — and no credits are used — if it asks for, among others:
- sexual content, or content involving minors in any harmful way;
- images or videos of real, identifiable people, or content that imitates a person or brand to mislead;
- fake official documents, certificates or IDs;
- hate, harassment, violence or illegal products.

If a normal request was refused
Rephrase it without words that can be misunderstood, for example name the product rather than a celebrity. If the AI features of your workspace were paused after several refused requests, write to —; our team reviews them.
