A brand kit holds the details that appear on everything you make.
What to fill in
- Logo: a PNG with a transparent background looks best. JPG and WebP work too.
- Colours and typeface: used in documents, designs and as a hint for the AI.
- Company details: name, tagline, address, phone, e-mail, website.
- Tax details: GSTIN and PAN. Leave GSTIN empty if you are not registered.
- Payment details: bank account, IFSC and UPI ID for quotations and proforma invoices.
- Signature block and default terms for your quotations.
- Brand voice and "about the company": the AI writer uses these to sound like you.
Several brands
Depending on your plan you can keep more than one brand kit, for example for two businesses. One kit is the default; you can switch kits in each document or design.
What the AI sees
Only your company name, colours, voice and description are sent to the AI. Bank details, PAN, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and prices are never sent.
