AI documents — reports, proposals, letters, brochures

AI documents (left menu) turn your material into a finished document in your brand: an SEO or marketing report with score boxes, charts, tables and your screenshots; a proposal with scope, timeline, price options and sign-off; a letter on your own letterhead; a designed brochure, flyer or social post.

1. Start

Choose what you want to make, a title (optional — the AI suggests one) and your brand kit. Nothing is charged yet.

2. Give the AI your material

• Brief: who it is for, the period, what to highlight, prices and options, who signs. The more specific, the better.
• Files: Word (.docx), PDF, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, and pictures — Google Analytics, Search Console or ads screenshots, photos, your logo. Pictures inside a Word file are taken out automatically so the AI can place them in the document.
• Letterhead (letters, reports, proposals): a picture of the whole A4 page (JPG / PNG) works everywhere — preview, PDF and Word. The text automatically starts below your logo and ends above the footer; you can adjust both margins in millimetres. A PDF letterhead is used in the PDF download.

3. Build with AI

The price is shown before you build: a base price for the kind of document plus a small amount for every picture or PDF the AI has to read. Building usually takes 1–3 minutes; you can leave the page. If the AI cannot finish, nothing is charged.

4. Check, edit and download

• Check the numbers. The AI copies figures only from your material, but reading screenshots can go wrong. A yellow box lists every figure it used — compare them with your originals, then press I have checked the numbers.
• Edit any block or page: point at it and choose Edit, move it up or down, delete it or add a new block below it. Lists are one item per line; tables are one row per line with cells separated by |; two stars make words bold.
• Ask AI rewrites just one block or page — "shorter", "more formal", "in Hindi", "add the October figures".
• Brochures, flyers and posts: pages without a photo get a photo idea; Create pictures with AI makes them (image credits), or choose your own photo in Edit.
• Download PDF (print-ready) or Word (fully editable: headings, lists, tables and pictures). Designed pages also download as PNG. Every version is kept; you can download or restore an older one. Downloads are always free.
