Export your workspace

Owners and admins: Workspace settings › Export data. You receive a ZIP file with your documents, designs, brand kits, AI history and invoices as readable files, plus all your photos, images and videos. Large workspaces can take some minutes; you get an e-mail when it is ready. The download stays available for 7 days.

Delete your workspace

Owner only: Workspace settings › Delete workspace. Cancel your plan first. The workspace is deleted after 30 days; until then you can change your mind. After deletion all content and files are removed. Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires.

Delete your account

Your name › Account › Privacy. If you are the only owner of a workspace, delete it or make someone else owner first.
