Use your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini (AI connector)

If you already pay for Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, you can let your own AI do the writing and use AI Office Studio for what it does best: your brand, the layouts, versions and the PDF / Word downloads. The AI work runs on your plan, so no AI Office Studio credits are used.

Connect (once)

1. In AI Office Studio, open AI connector (left menu) and copy the connector address.
2. Add it as a custom connector in your AI app:

• Claude (Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise): Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector › paste the address › Connect.
• ChatGPT: Settings › Apps (or Connectors) › Advanced › Developer mode › create an app with the address and OAuth. Availability per plan is decided by OpenAI.
• Gemini: the Gemini CLI as a remote MCP server works straight away (it signs in through your own computer). The Gemini app's custom apps (where Google offers them) work once the platform admin has added the app's exact sign-in callback URL under Admin › AI — for safety, only the exact callback URLs of Claude and ChatGPT are allowed by default.

1. You are sent to AI Office Studio: sign in, choose the workspace and press Allow.

Make a document

Ask in your own words, for example "Make my September SEO report for Chicot's with AI Office Studio from these figures." The AI:

1. reads the format (blocks for reports, proposals and letters; page layouts for brochures, flyers and posts);
2. for screenshots and photos, creates the document first and gives you an upload link — upload them in your browser, then tell the AI; it reads them from AI Office Studio;
3. writes the document in your brand and gives you the PDF / Word links and the editor link.

Everything the AI saves is a version of the document: you can edit any block in AI Office Studio, restore an older version, or ask the AI to change one part.

Good to know

• Check the numbers before sending — the AI copies figures from your material, but reading screenshots can go wrong.
• Each connection is one person in one workspace, with that person's role. It can only work with AI documents and brand kits.
• See and disconnect connections under AI connector at any time.
• The plan of your AI app sets how much you can do there; AI Office Studio does not charge credits for connector documents.
