Quotation, proposal, estimate, proforma invoice, letter, cover letter and company profile. Each gets its own number per financial year, for example QT/26-27/0001.
GST
Choose the GST rate per line. If your client is in your state, CGST and SGST are shown; for another state or a client abroad, IGST. Totals, round-off and the amount in words are calculated by AI Office Studio — never by the AI. Check the rate you choose; you remain responsible for your tax filings.
A quotation or proforma invoice is not a GST tax invoice.

Versions
